Refund Policy

All orders are final.

ForbiddenOniTCG. com will not issue refunds after an order has been placed and executed by our shipping team.

Prior to the shipping of the order an order could be cancelled at the request of the buyer. ForbiddenOniTCG has the right to deny a "cancel order" request if the package has already been shipped.

If a package containing raw or graded cards arrives damaged. Documentation must be provided to ForbiddenOniTCG to be reviewed and determine if the order is able to be refunded. ForbiddenOniTCG reserves the right to deny all refund request.

Due to the nature of sealed products, no refunds or returns will be accepted once the order has been shipped. The "cancel order" will still available.

All canceled orders are subject to a 6% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
